Rob founded TWM in 2006 after 10+ years combined experience with the California Department of Parks and Recreation and the Santa Lucia Preserve in Carmel Valley, California. Rob was the Manager of Natural Resources at the Santa Lucia Preserve, where he protected and managed 18,000 acres of wildland habitat. Responsibilities included minimizing the impact of development activities on natural resources; promoting and implementing environmentally sustainable development and land-use actions; preserving the rich and diverse natural, biological and cultural resources of the land; and restoring and improving the landscapes ecological communities using proven scientific principles and best management practices.
